Before ownership changed I always had good service. New owner is unprofessional, forgot my order then dropped the cake when she delivered it to my house. Do yourself a favor and don't order from her.
Terrible cake, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a baker that knows how to decorate a cake and act like a business person not a screaming 2 year old.
Recommended a friend to use this bakery. Boy was I embarrassed! The cup cakes she ordered for a big party looked like a 10 year old made them. She was so upset and I felt bad because I recommended them.
