So craving McDonalds at 12am is not the thing to do if you are in Wisconsin Rapids. The service is horrible and the food is of equal quality. My French fries were FAR from fresh, soggy, coated in salt and slightly cold. One of my drinks had been forgotten about and my Big Mac was more of a big salad then a burger. I am Very disappointed in this McDonalds the food and the staff.

The cashier screwed up the order 4 times. Then acted like a 5 year old wow great job on your red shirt pick worst service I ever had
First off, I asked the girl what came with my breakfast meal and she said orange juice or coffee. Then, she up charged for the orange juice. Then, the play place was shut down like a crime scene and we watched several sad children go in and out disappointed. A sign should be posted outside to say the play place is shut down. Some parents come here to grab a meal and get some kid relief while applying for jobs online or getting some reports done for work. Just a pain in the ass not knowing what you are coming in to. Otherwise, the food is fresh and as usual tastes great!
worst service ever . 20 minutes in drive up for a burger and soda. i think they had to go kill the cow first!
