They lost my package...
I recently shipped an Ebay sale — a 1950's porcelain pedestal drinking fountain — through the Wisconsin Rapids UPS Store. I also paid them to pack it for me. Three days later it arrived at my customer's residence with the base all smashed up. The people were polite and efficient, but I think with an item like this they need a bit more training with packaging. I was quite disappointed. I'm sure this is unusual, and I suppose it's possible that some driver or other warehouse worker dropped the container for or fivve feet off a dock somewhere en route, but still... the piece is gone forever.
I've been using them to receive packages for me since March 2017. Everyone there is pleasant and professional. I've also used them for printing, notarizing and shipping/mailing. Rates for everything are very reasonable. I'm very happy and plan to keep doing business with them.
Very good service here. They are friendly workers and polite. Once I ran out of tape and they taped the box for me without hesitation, when I asked!
The customer service at the counter was excellent. The lady who helped me was very very kind.
