Bought a great mattress set so far so good!

Absolute horrible experience this last purchase. We have made several purchases prior w no negatives however 6 months ago we purchased a fireplace. It was delivered a few weeks after and upon set up it was the wrong item. We informed them immediately and we were assured it would be corrected. A month and a half later with no word I called and was arrived the correct item came in that day. Delivery was scheduled for about 2 weeks later (requiring a day off work because they only deliver to my area at a certain time w no accommodations being made...mind you we live a block from the store). Upon delivery we were informed the item had been damaged and would have to be reordered. Another month and a half later I call to see what the hang up is and was scheduled for delivery again, aprox 2 weeks later...requiring another day off work..upon arrival they found they once again had the wrong item! I was assured it would be corrected and expedited. ..it's been 7 weeks since that last interaction w not so much as a call! 6 months total I have not received the item I paid for! This is the most ridiculous display of incompetence I have ever experienced! While they do have good prices they completely lack in customer service. I will once again be calling this week to see what is going on, and I'm sure waiting for their inconvenient delivery schedule, taking abother day off work, and probly getting the wrong item again. Did I mention they have not offered a single thing for this terrible experience? !!!! At this point I would rather have paid the little bit extra at a different store to have gotten the item I actually wanted and then and there not 6 months later!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought 2 chairs and a sofa. Ended up with a wrong chair and it took 2 months to finally get the right one. After paying for the fabric treatment the new chair didn't even have it.

Friendly staff and good selection on furniture

I Paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be a high quality sofa from Broyhill. I got a lot of hype about that. I also paid a lot of money for their warranty. The back of the sofa on the inside, behind the cushions, is all ripped, and is continuing to spread. I have taken great care of this thing, and I expect good customer service. I called, and a very nasty customer service woman was very blunt and said no, they won't do anything, and if I don' like that answer, I can do what ever I want, they don't care! I will NEVER buy anything from those nasty careless people again, and I do NOT recommend them at all
