Room was very clean the outside was well maintained and the owner was very accommodating
All in all this is probably the best motel I have ever stayed at. I travel and work all over the USA and stay in hundreds of different motels.The owner is sweet, honest,caring and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect. The current house keeper(maid)is simply the sweetest person and makes sure that my room is as clean as it can be every day. I actually enjoy staying here far more than motels that cost three or more times as much. I don't have to worry about the little things like loud neighbors, no toilet paper, having clean sheets and towels because it is all taken care of. The main thing is that the rates are super reasonable and in the past 3 years have not changed that I can remember. The owner does not jack the price up when the company I work for comes to town to do a job like the next motel a few miles down the road.
Called last minute on the 2nd of July and was able to get our group 3 rooms without a hassle....didn't have a chance to use the pool but was clean and kept up
Had to ask for wifi password, but doesn't work well in room.
Had a great stay at the Camelot
No temperature control in room. Just told to open or close vent.
Water pressure was very low, due to owner filing up the outdoor pool.
The room doesn't smell good.
It was very laid back as well as a clean atmosphere and the rates are definitely reasonable. I read a few reviews before stopping in and was wary of the type of management it had but i found on my own that the owner was extremely sweet, caring, and nice. I recommend choosing Camelot in the area if you want to be in a safe environment and i can't really come up with any reasons why not to.
Owner is beyond accommodating and very sweet, rooms are clean and maintained, would recommend it to anyone.
Charged more for what I was quoted on the phone. The owner isn't very friendly.
