They are very scalable... We fulfill $4 million in orders through them per year, but I know they have much smaller accounts as well. They've been accommodating and have been able to customize services for us on several occasions. They don't make mistakes very often - accuracy of over 99.8% - but when they do, they are quick to own up and correct them.
