I would not recommend Powell Plumbing due to their questionable quality of work, and lack of follow up including poor communication. Specifically, they came to my home to repair an issue, which they were unable to diagnose. Meanwhile, they cut my wall open 3' x 3.5' without my consent then told me I lived too far away from their business, so I should find a different plumber. Would you want to do business with a company that provides this level of customer service?
Powell came to our house to inspect and talk over the details of the job, we then set the date for them to start work and on the day of the job start nobody showed up and when I called they had acted as if they had zero knowledge of our previous conversation.
The service was above and beyond what was expected. Knowledge and expertise was beneficial. My hat is off to them.
