If I could give a zero review, that's what it would be. Been in the restaurant 20 minutes waiting for a simple order. There is mass chaos with the staff yelling at each other, which the entire store can here. It's a very stressful atmosphere. Not sure if there was a manager there, if there was you may want to rethink who you have leading the crew. What a zoo, will be a long time if ever, before I go back.
Where I come from (Rothschild), it's hard to find a good Mexican food establishment. There is a gent South of the tracks who makes quesadillas in his garage in exchange for happy endings, but that's not what this review is about. My experience at Taco John's was very comical. The staff kept me laughing the whole time I was there. The way Damon Wayans looked confused when I asked for a combo meal, PRICELESS!! When they asked for my name, I said "Hugh" and my receipt said "Hew." Now I have to go check my birth certificate. I think I've been spelling it correctly these last 55 years of my life. Laugh out loud. I also forgot that Rapids has its "Opposite Days" because when I asked for it to go, they gave me a tray!! You just don't see that where I come from (Rothschild). Keep up the great work!!
Feed was fresh and staff was great. Hot sauce is actually Hot! We drive from point to get potato ole!
Potato oles were fresh but they charged me $1 for nacho cheese that I didn't get. They were too busy putting the Steak Nachos ad in the bag rather than making sure everything was in the bag.
Normally I love Taco Johns. Today I got two crispy tacos that were literally dripping with grease. They honestly went in the garbage. Very disappointed and a waste of my money.
