Other than that I find the owners to be somewhat disrespectful and it's because of this most of the time I take my business elsewhere!!!

The only thing I like about this place is the mechanics in the back room working hard on everybody's bikes and building them.
Had a problem with a spoke was fixed and three days later I'm out $45 saying I'd need a new back rim. Was basically insulted for body weight which sorry I'm not fat after years of biking.
Great place to get bikes and knowledge of bikes, also a huge selection of bikes. If they don't have it they probably can order it too.
