Nice little small town zoo! My 1 year old loves it and it's a nice place to hang out.
I live very close to the zoo and me and my daughter go all the time. The playground is nice and the grounds are well kept. My complaints is there is never an adult working, it's always a teenager. They should have at least two people there working. The animals get bare minimum care, and many could use bigger enclosures. Their ducks look decrepit and I am not sure how often they properly clean the animals as most of the time they look dirty and ratty
The staff are friendly enough but again they are teenagers. I would be happy to see an adult present. I really think it could use some improvements inside the zoo. The playground is nice though.
Nice zoo for rapids. Small but it could be fun.
Just a really sweet spot to take the kids. It's FREE! And to feed the animals is 25 cents. Lots of beautiful flowers, sculptures and even a playground. We really loved this zoo.
