Sign say black Friday prices now. No fliers, asked about it and was told you have to walk around to find them.

My husband and I purchased a stackable washer dryer on May 24. Although the staff tried to be helpful, it became obvious that there was an issue with communication, and perhaps training in certain areas. We were promised this rather large purchase on May 30, ...nope..... never came. We then were promised June 2, after phone calls and frustration and yes, threats. The products were delivered, and there was no plan to unwrap or install, and...the vibration pad was missing. Now we finally have the paid for products but no installer, no pad and another WEEK until they'll complete this transaction. This is unacceptable on so many levels. (NO were were not advised that we'd need one, assumed by some I suppose but we didn't know.) Today is June 8 and are now 15 days out from purchase. Guess what, the installer who was promised today(RAS)isn't coming until Saturday. At that point it will be 17 days. Never ever again will we purchase anything from Home Depot.

Ordered a washer dryer refrigerator and stove. HD said delivery guys would install everything including hooking up gas for stove and water for frig. First delivery was cancelled without notifying us, the customer. Second delivery the drivers were rude. Refrigerator didn't fit. Driver told my wife to shave down our custom cabinets to get it to fit. Wife said no. Driver said HD will charge restocking fee. Called HD no fee, reject. Refrigerator went back. Delivery would not hook up gas or water. Driver destroyed my basketball hoop. Called RAS and ultimately got a call back stating they would pay for the damages. Still waiting 6 weeks later for the compensation. Second refrigerator delivered by HD didn't fit. That was on me.... the rejection of the return was on HD. Then it was a 25% restocking fee, then 15% which we paid. Plumber cost $300 to hook up gas. Just called RAS. The MGR in charge of this is out of the office seeing it was 1545 on Friday. No problem with that part. We will see if/ when they call back. The WR HD staff has always been kind but this circus pushed us to far. Went to local small business for the new frig flooring and back splash. Amazingly no headaches.

After waiting 20 minutes for assistance, we were referred to lowes when needing a new washing machine. The employee said they have very little inventory at this store & if I needed to do laundry earlier than 2 weeks, I should look elsewhere. And I did.

Went there to get a gas grill. John was extremely helpful and very very knowledgable. Bought a nice one. Thanks John.
