Where I come from (Rothschild), it's hard to find a good Chinese food establishment. That's why whenever I come into the Rapids, I HAVE to stop at ISpoon! The Texas toast is to die for and the pizza is out of this world! My only complaint: the fries are waffle fries. Every other Chinese restaurant I've been to, I've had the option of sweet potato and curly fries, but hey, you can't judge a fry by it's batter. Keep up the great work, ISpoon!

This restaurant is fairly typical of Chinese buffet eateries. It's best to catch them early in the lunch cycle to ensure the food is fresh and available. The various entrees are not particularly flavorful, or spicy, so they appeal to a broader range of guests. Again, that's typical for such buffets. In my opinion the price you pay versus the quality of the food doesn't really equal a very good value. But there aren't many options in the area, so from time to time I'll still stop in.
Many people left the restaurant with my son in protest. Our family, hers and many others will never return to that place.

My son and his girlfriend were there for lunch today, at the end of their meal, they were waiting to pay for their meal. A veteran with a service dog came in and sat down at a nearby table. The waiter came over and insisted that he left the main dining room and go to their back room where there is extra seating. The restaurant was not full, the veteran clearly had mobility issues and sitting near the buffet would have made his visit easier.
The food is good most of the time but terrible at other times. I ordered a bubble tea during one visit and it looked like it had been sitting in a fridge for a good week if it hadn't just been made poorly. During dinner hours, the staff are great but when I'd gone during lunch the waiter was severely rude, acting like out appearance in the restaurant ruined his whole day and every check in he made seemed to annoy him all the more. I was fuming by the time I left, especially since every other visit I'd made as a dinner guest was a completely reversed experience.
The veteran refused to move, the waiter cited the dog as an issue. He stated that the dog would do as she was trained, which was lay there quietly. My son, his girlfriend and several people there sided with the veteran.
