I'd give them 4 stars for the work, once finally completed. The paint is very good, not excellent. Very close inspection shows that it is not factory. Anything other than very close inspection looks good.
Few months back had to have my bumper replaced because of a accident.they did an awesome job and updates every day.
Decent for progressive estimates
The staff was friendly, for the most part. However, 8 trips to the body shop and 5 weeks to get the, hopefully final, work done. Toward the end, the shop seemed to stop trying to finish my car. They were going to call me when a part came in. After waiting two weeks, I returned to the shop. The part had arrived, but no one called. After the final visit, so far, they didn't even call me to let me know the car was ready. After a couple of days, I had to call and ask if it was done.
