It's an ok place if your getting your tires done. The people are friendly, but as far as having engine work done they are way over priced. I wanted them to replace an EGR valve and they said my bolts were completely rusted and then wanted me to buy all new replacement bolts and parts. It's a 4 year old vehicle. Their service is fine if you don't mind waiting. I will be finding an actual mechanic from now on to work on my vehicle. I am really sick of this place calling me and telling it's going to cost more for things I get quoted for. I understand it happens sometimes, but every time I get service done on a vehicle here I end up paying more than what I am quoted for. If it wasn't for the friendly staff I would be giving one star.
Excellent service. Took me early and cost was just what they estimated and they finished on time so I could make my next appointment.
Unless you want to be disrespected, mislead, and possibly ripped off, I highly recommend someplace else--anywhere else. I have a screw in my tire so I made an appointment almost one week out to have it repaired. I explained where the screw was and was told it could most likely be repaired. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. When someone was free to help me after about 5 minutes of waiting, I was told that my appointment may have been given to someone else due to my being late. I guess he assumed that I was late for a frivolous reason that was in my control. Far from true, but he probably really didn't care why. I said I had been waiting for help, and he said "not for 10 minutes you haven't." I took my chances and sat in the waiting area. Not long later he came and knelt by my chair and said with a big smile that my tire was non-repairable and I needed 4 new tires due to having AWD. About $900... I said I can't afford that. He asked me if I wanted my damaged tire put back on, and I said yes (wondering if he wanted me to drive on my rim or leave my car there). I got out of there quickly and looked in the bay at my car. The tire was still on my car even though he told me it would take a small amount of time to get it back on. I drove away with the screw in my tire, feeling screwed indeed.
We have been coming here for probably 20 years. They have provided excellent service for all our vehicles. They are knowledgeable, reliable, communicate with us, explaining the problem and the options available to us, the provide accurate quotes, and stand by their work if a part goes bad or something doesn't correct as expected, which is rare. We have appreciated the use of the shuttle as needed as well as the use of the courtesy car over the years. Recently we thought our car stumped them, but Eric, the general manager, did some research and found the issue, a crankshaft sensor, and was able to get the part and have the car running beautifully again. Appreciate the tire repairs and just the friendly helpful nature of the staff.
