After years of service here, we have had a few complaints. Once these issues have been brought to sales team, we have gotten them fixed. Thier intent is to do quality work with what they have available. Thier pricing is compatible with industry standards. Very busy and high paced business environment. As one of the three major tire facilities in town, it's the only family run out of them. For your everyday driver, this is the place we trust to do our work.

Best customer service I have ever witnessed. Locally owned and they treated everyone who walked in with amazing respect. I lucked out and was able to get new tires on right away but I would wait however long I needed to for future needs. There is a reason they are so busy. Thank you!
When calling for having our Jeep's tires rotated, I was given an appointment within the hour. Work got done efficiently & professionally & I was on my way within an hour of my arrival. Plus, all folks at their reception/business counter were friendly, helpful & efficient. Overall, a good experience! Thank you Mathews people!
I bought a set of BFG KO2's and had them installed at Matthew's. They had a great price on them, got me in for an install on short notice, and was very fair when it was discovered that I also needed TPMS sensors. I would highly recommend Matthew's when you're looking for tires. I'm sure they're all good to work with but I happened to speak with Justin, who was very accommodating.
