I brought my friend to drop her vehicle off. She thought she had called them to make an appt for her vehicle which was not safe to drive. Obviously it was not the place she called. We can understand employees being rude because the owner doesn’t know, but the owner? She was told that he was booked and pushed her keys back to her. She actually didn’t need the vehicle right away. He told her to leave it he would look at it later. By that time she was like too many other places to take it. If you want to stay in business do not be rude to customers. Don’t go here. Too many other places in town where the owners are very friendly!
