Oh and I forgot to mention they sent multiple post cards in the mail reminding us to get our dog ( that they killed) in for shots in the months after. What a joke
The doctor was very nice. Was able to assist and was overall pretty awesome. Staff was friendly, will definitely go back when needed
This place is a butcher shop. Do not bring your animals here. Do your research online. The vet has had multiple complaints and punishments for mal practice. We had our dog in for simple spay and they sent her home that evening only to have her die in my arms that night. Couldn't reach anyone from their office as she was dieing. Talked with the vet numerous times afterwards and he just talked in circles not wanting to take any responsibility for what had happened. They have killed a lot of our pets. Don't take anymore here. People go because it's cheaper but I would pay 10 thousand dollars to have our dog back. Look him up on the Wisconsin state vet site!!!!!!!! Not good.
Great people. Super helpful even called 2days after I brought my dog in to see if she was doing better and got her meds to help her feel better.
Dr. Rasmussen is one of the best in the business.
