Their facebook page is great too - always updated with days they will unexpectedly be closed, pictures of the animal patients that come in, photographs of the staff having fun and actually enjoying their jobs. They also post information relevant to the season about
Long story short, I absolutely adore this place and all the people that work there. They have a permanent customer with me.
They are a little more expensive, but this is the ONLY place I will bring ANY of my animals to. The staff is always friendly and understanding. One of my cats is severely skittish and the few times I've had to bring her in they have tried to take a little extra time to calm her down with treats and playing. Granted, it doesn't work because she's just an angry little thing, but even then they don't try and push it to make her uncomfortable.
This is a very professional animal clinic and they are very understanding of our pets needs.
This place also takes Care Credit cards, which is a huge plus.
I would never go anywhere else. They are all concerned about your pet. The whole staff is fabulous and the vets are on top of the lastest treatments

Very friendly helpful staff. They did above and beyond my expectations to help our dog who had facial swelling due to a cracked tooth absess. Our old vet in plover wouldn't even look in his mouth without sedating him (we suspect because he is a Pit mix even though he doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body). Thanks to Animal Medical we found the problem and our Chopper is back to normal. I should also mention the total bill was about 1/3rd of what the vet on 54 in plover quoted us as a STARTING point! Our family is so happy we found Animal Medical.
