After tons of money on dogs ears, still had problems. We fixed the issue ourselves with an over the counter med at a store. As vets, they should have known there was something better out there. I guess they just wanted more money. Then , later on, a surgery was needed for a different issue. They said they would call after surgery to let us know how things went, but NEVER called. When we showed up to pick her up, the vet seemed very "on edge" but said everything went good. This is also the vet we did not care for from a previous encounter. We did not know this particular vet would be doing the surgery. Our normal vet there, we were comfortable with. Funny that after the payment cleared, they went in the back room to get her and said she needed ER care, IV fluids and a blood transfusion. Off we went to ER and at the end, we had to let her go. I am more than sure things did NOT go well during surgery. They were just covering their own selves and trying to get her out of the building because if she had died, in their care, they would not have gotten paid. They cost more than a lot of other vets as well. We would not go back there even if it was free.

I will never go back. I took my cat in and was very clear with the vet that as much as I love her, I could not afford much, amd asked what she thought i should do. On my first visit they told me they wanted to do lab tests for things like feline leukemia, and feline aids essentially scaring/guilt tripping me into spending hundreds of dollars on lab tests. I asked her to test her for a few things, costing me around $150 for the first visit. After my cat was not getting any better I decided to take her back in. Again I stated that I could not afford much and asked what they thought. She suggested another $200 in lab tests. After I had spent $350 in lab work, everything came back negative. That is when the vet told me she was almost sure that removing some of my cats teeth that would solve the problem. The teeth removal would cost me several hundred dollars. So now because that vet made me waste hundreds of dollars in unnecessary lab testing I REALLY can not afford to have her teeth removed. Absolutely disgusted that a vet would do this to a person and an animal in pain.

Excellent with our furry family....

The women here are extremely professional and really care about our animals!

Great veterinarians and very accommodating when I need to get my dog in quickly. Employees are all very nice.
